At Adult Source, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the intimate nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable once the seal is broken for health and safety reasons.
Initiate a Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns processing center at the address provided in your authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
